All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits are non-refundable except in cases of proven technical error or duplicate deposits. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, though withdrawals exceeding Rp 50.000.000 in a single transaction may require additional security verification and may take up to 24 hours to process.

You are responsible for checking the accuracy of your bet slip before confirming placement. h888 is not liable for user errors in bet selection, stake amount, or bet type. For sports betting markets, h888 follows industry-standard settlement rules. Unless otherwise stated, all bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). In the event of disputes regarding match results, h888's decision is final and binding.
Football Betting: For match result (1X2) bets, the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus injury time) is used for settlement. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count unless explicitly stated. For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the bet to be successful. Void selections are treated as odds of 1.00 and do not cancel the entire parlay.
Live Betting (In-Play): Odds for live betting markets are updated in real-time and may change rapidly. Bets placed during live betting are subject to acceptance by h888. If a significant event occurs between your bet placement and our acceptance (e.g., a goal is scored), h888 reserves the right to reject the bet.
